• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use and distribute any content submitted for the creation of their Wedding Book.

• Empirone.com does not claim ownership over any customer-submitted content but reserves the right to store and process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

2. Third-Party Copyright & Legal Compliance

• Customers must ensure that all uploaded content is original, free from copyright infringements, and does not violate any third-party rights.

• Empirone.com is not liable for any legal claims arising due to unauthorized use of copyrighted material by the customer.

• If any third-party claims ownership of content used in a Wedding Book, the responsibility to resolve such disputes lies entirely with the customer.

3. Service Limitations & Digital Access

• Wedding Books are provided in a digital format and made accessible online via a private link or customer-specified access method.

• Empirone.com is not responsible for unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of digital Wedding Books once delivered to the customer.

• Customers must ensure they maintain secure access to their Wedding Book and protect it from unauthorized users.

4. Data Retention & Privacy

• Empirone.com follows strict privacy guidelines and does not share customer content with third parties without consent.

• Wedding Books are stored securely on our servers for the duration of the active subscription period (minimum 6 months) and may be deleted upon request or after subscription expiration.

• Customers are advised to keep backup copies of their Wedding Books as Empirone.com is not responsible for lost or deleted content after the expiration period.

5. Service Modifications & Discontinuation

• Empirone.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wedding Books service at any time without prior notice.

• Any major service modifications affecting existing customers will be communicated in advance via email or website notification.
