This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled for our premium services.
1. Free vs Paid Listings
- Free Listings: Available at no cost and can be edited or removed anytime by the user through their dashboard.
- Paid Featured Listings: Highlighted business profiles displayed prominently in the directory.
2. Payments
- All payments for Featured Listings are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
- Prices and plans are clearly mentioned before checkout.
3. Refund Policy
We believe in transparency and fairness.
However, because Featured Listings are digital services that go live immediately after approval, we follow these rules:
- Refunds are available ONLY if:
- Your listing is rejected by Empirone and cannot be published.
- There is a technical issue on our side preventing your listing from going live.
- Refunds are NOT provided if:
- You change your mind after approval and publishing.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information.
- Your listing was removed later due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may request to cancel a listing at any time by contacting us or via your user dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future renewals (if applicable), but we do not refund any remaining term once the listing is published.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
